About Us
Talentaire Roojgar Service Pvt Ltd is India’s first online job connecting company for machine operators. Our aim is to ensure guaranteed employment opportunities for every machine operator from the comfort of their homes. Additionally, we strive to reduce the labor shortage for small-sized companies. Currently, we are focusing primarily on industries related to copper wires, cables, and M.S. nails, as well as providing opportunities for drivers. In the future, we plan to expand our services to include more medium and small-sized sector companies.
Our Mission
Our mission is to reach approximately 20 million machine operators and skilled helpers in India, including JCB, Hydra, and car drivers, in 36 months and explain to them that our platform will give them respect and an identity where they will receive fair compensation based on their experience. Our goal is to make every operator digital and open up a new world of opportunities for them, where they can search for jobs in their preferred cities. We want to educate and train them, gain their trust, and make this platform successful for them, while also supporting India’s Make in India campaign by providing relief to the mini and micro-industries sector. We aim to connect small companies with experienced workers and helpers so that no company is forced to shut down due to a shortage of operators, and this mission is our primary objective
Our Vision
At Talentaire Roojgar Services Private Limited, we envision transforming the landscape of India’s manufacturing sector by digitally connecting 2 crore machine operators to mini and micro manufacturing industries through our innovative application ‘Roojgar’ within 36 months. Our primary focus is to bridge the gap between skilled operators and companies, fostering a robust digital ecosystem.
As we reach the milestone of connecting 2 crore operators, our commitment extends to the new generation facing unemployment challenges. Through our platform, we aim to empower them with online and offline classes, nurturing their skills and reducing unemployment. This initiative not only contributes to a skilled workforce but also strengthens the manufacturing industry in India, paving the way for new companies and reducing dependency on imports.
Furthermore, we aspire to provide financial security to our connected workforce. For a nominal fee of 1000 rupees per year, our company will offer a 1 million rupee accidental cover. Beyond financial benefits, we are committed to societal well-being.
